Heather started her career in cost accounting and worked her way up through the manufacturing and operations side of several large direct selling companies, moving to leadership positions in marketing and creative services along the way. Heather is also a proponent of women balancing their lives between their professional and personal responsibilities; and is a Christian advocate. She is the mother of two girls, Pfifer and Finley, and happily married to her husband, Shawn. Heather is an avid reader, cook and acclaimed Sunday school teacher. Chef Jeff Gillis is reinventing how busy people cook with the tasty food mixes he’s creating for Celebrating Home. They feature freeze-dried and dehydrated ingredients that better retain their flavor and color; and are more healthy than conventional mixes infused with chemicals and preservatives. Chef Gillis honed his cooking skills at the Culinary Arts Institute in Baton Rouge and as a chef in Louisiana restaurants before becoming a cooking consultant and recipe writer for clients across the U.S. Now based in Marshall, Texas, Chef Gillis and his wife are raising four daughters who readily volunteer as taste-testers (as do the family dog and cat who have raised begging for food to an art). Beth Pedison Gibson

Beth Pedison Gibson served as Director of Presidential Writers for President George W. Bush and did special writing projects for Mrs. Laura Bush from 2002 to 2005. Today, she lives in Virginia and is a married stay -at-home mom to twin toddlers. Beth often speaks about, “Going from the White House to My House,” sharing her life-changing adventures in both jobs. A native of Marshall, Texas, Beth grew up knowing Celebrating Home founders Penny and Steve Carlile.
